Michael Nash

Founder

Michael Nash is a cybersecurity expert with a distinguished career in developing innovative solutions for modern manufacturing environments. With a background in engineering and a deep understanding of wireless security, Michael has been instrumental in pioneering methods for ensuring reliable performance testing during mass production. His contributions have earned him multiple patents and recognition as a leader in his field.

Jim Robinette

Co-Founder

Jim Robinette brings over 30 years of leadership in lean manufacturing, safety, and OEM operations to ATA. Starting as an hourly employee, Jim rose to executive roles at Ford Motor Company, showcasing his dedication and expertise. He holds a Bachelor's Degree from Bowling Green State University, an MBA from Liberty University, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership. Jim is certified by The John Maxwell Group as a Leadership Speaker, Trainer, and Coach, and his strategic vision drives efficiency and excellence in ATA's initiatives.

George Bilonkonski

Director of Educational Programs

George Bilonkonski boasts over 40 years of expertise in workforce development and education. His career includes significant roles as Dean of Engineering, Business, Technology, and Workforce at Washington State Community College, and Associate Dean of Engineering and Workforce at Cuyahoga Community College. George is known for his strategic prowess in planning, developing, and executing growth strategies in collaboration with industry leaders, preparing students for the evolving demands of various sectors.

Freeland Southard

Director of Technical Training

For three decades, Freeland Southard has dedicated himself to teaching manufacturing arts within diverse urban environments. His impact extends beyond the classroom, reaching students facing challenges such as poverty and crime. Freeland's personalized approach and pioneering of tailored training programs have transformed lives and elevated industry standards. Many of his former students have gone on to pursue successful careers at organizations like NASA and Ford Motor Company, testament to his ability to inspire and empower individuals through education and skills training.
